In Q2 2024, the performance of the top 5 train games on the Android platform in the United States showcased various trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Here’s a closer look at how each game fared:

Train Miner: Idle Railway Game from CASUAL AZUR GAMES experienced a dynamic quarter. Revenue fluctuated, peaking at $2.6K in early May and ending the quarter at around $2.3K. Downloads saw a notable spike in late April with 20K but gradually declined to 10K by the end of June. Weekly active users increased steadily from 102K at the beginning of April to 115K by the end of June.

Train Station 2: Rail Tycoon by Pixel Federation Games demonstrated a strong revenue performance, peaking at $83K in early May before stabilizing around $45K by the end of June. Downloads saw a significant jump to 9.2K during the first week of May but later decreased to 3.7K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users saw a peak of 70K in mid-April, declining to about 53K by the end of June.

Thomas & Friends Minis from Budge Studios maintained consistent performance. Revenue hovered around $500 throughout the quarter. Downloads were steady, averaging around 4K per week, while weekly active users ranged from 10K to 11K, showing slight growth towards the end of June.

Thomas & Friends: Magic Tracks, also from Budge Studios, showed stable revenue trends, peaking at $496 in early April and finishing the quarter at $472. Downloads were consistent, ranging between 2.4K to 2.8K weekly. Weekly active users remained steady, starting at 7.3K in early April and ending at 7.1K by June’s end.

Lastly, Railway Train Simulator Games from GamePark saw a downward trend in downloads, starting at 6.5K in early April and dropping to 1.3K by the end of June. Weekly active users followed a similar trend, decreasing from 6.2K to around 2K over the quarter.
